Sanara was absolutely amazing with my hair! My appt started on time (Tuesday afternoon) and ran a bit late due to my very long and thick hair. My guest's appt started about 15 min late, but was still done when I was, so overall okay! My hair looks great, as does my guest's. Sanara went above and beyond in cultures and service though. Highly recommend her!

Receptionist was beyond rude and didn’t give any customers including young girls the time of day, I had an appointment at 3, the receptionist put 2 customers who came in after me that seemed to be walk-ins were seen before me, we had already asked about how long of a wait after being there 10 minutes we were told about 15 more minutes. My hair wasn’t started until 3:45 for my 3:00 appointment. I had washed my hair earlier that morning which I informed the stylist of, she was super sweet and did an amazing job on my hair however she failed to realize that it was still damp in the back, completely frying my hair. I explained to the stylist the problem with the times and how I was now late for my pictures, she only charged me $35 for what should have been $65 which was truly amazing of her. When I begin to pay I asked the receptionist if they take cash, she very rudely said no, so I continued to pay with my card, when the women behind me went to pay she allowed her to pay with cash. This experience happened Saturday, May 6 and I would not recommend going at a busy time, especially if you have plans after!!

Just one too many times. Frustrated w the system. As a member i go through the trouble of requesting several stylists and it never pans out nor do they call to tell you those are unavailable. Today had the worst luck with a terrible stylist- simply got off after the hour when i saw that my hair no longer could be fixed…done w this. The uniformity in experience across the stylists is a thing of the past! And at the elevated prices, i can do better at home and not just wonder if i will be lucky enough to have a good stylist.
